This place is everything! Perks is hands down the best place for breakfast and brunch at the entire Jersey shore! The food is dynamite, everything you'd want in a huge breakfast!Less than 1/2 block walk to or from the beach, there's plenty of parking, Breakfast here is a must do.Hoping they're open off season...

Went to Perks Cafe this weekend with my husband and son. Our server was so sweet and attentive all morning and the place has an adorable nautical theme. My son had a bowl of fruit that was very fresh. My husband's omelet was HUGE and my " Perks Toast" (french toast topped with cinnamon glaze) was to die for. Would definitely recommend and will come again!

We went with another large family and were treated to a 15 minute wait time, friendly efficient waitress service, and more than enough delicious food for us all to finish in one sitting. We'll definitely return when we come back for another beach trip

Food could have been hotter....hollandaise sauce was okay but not made from scrach....sausage and gravy was not made from scratch eaither just sausage cut up and put into a cram sauce...okay but not what we expected

Best place for breakfast. The management is amazing and thoughtful and family oriented. The staff are young kids that are hard workers. Yummy home cooked style meals. It’s a few steps from the boardwalk. You can’t beat it.

The food is delicious, and I highly recommend the Perks Cinnamon Toast, especially if you have a sweet tooth

This is one of the best breakfast spots in point pleasant beach area for sure. The people are friendly, service is fast, prices are cheap, always have fresh fruit, and so close to the beach. My wife n I love stopping in early on our way to the beach, if you go later in the morning there will be a wait. The place isn't far from train station, lots of parking right out front, and always been clean...

My husband and I ate here for lunch today. There was an adorable nautical theme inside. We were greeted immediately and our food came within about 5 minutes or so. I ordered a house made chicken salad sandwhich and my husband ordered the buffalo chicken sandwhich. My food was excellent. If you are a fan of buffalo chicken, this is your place! I tried my hubbys sandwhich and it was the best I've ever had. Juicy and tender, but crispy breeding on the outside with the perfect amount of buffalo flavor. Not too spicy. The staff was also very friendly and the prices are great! We paid half of what we would have if we ate on the boardwalk. This place is just one block away from it. We are eating here again tomorrow for lunch!

Quick friendly service! Always a delight! Good brunch food with many choices - even for vegetarians! For kids the choices are super (Oreo waffles with fruit and cream, French toast, etc). Highly recommend!

I always try to get breakfast at Perks whenever I'm in the Point Pleasant area. I was just there over the weekend, and the food was excellent. Whoever runs this place does it right - Iv'e never had a bad meal here. The efficient mostly female staff is very young, and always quite efficient. As a man I may be biased, but it doesn't hurt to be served by an attractive young lady.

Outstanding breakfast and lunch food. It's a staple to hit Perk's when you first get down to Pt. Pleasant. However, watch out for botched take out orders.

As a local in the neighborhood we always look forward to Perks opening for the season! It's nice to have someplace we can walk to. The food is consistently delicious and the portions are generous. The staff is always great as well. Stop by if you are in the area, and be prepared to wait if you don't go early!

Food is delicious, staff is really nice, and prices are what you would expect for what you get and for being in a shore town. Atmosphere is nice, the place is a little small so I imagine it gets pretty busy on the weekends from open to close and everyday in the morning.

I enjoy eating the hocolate chip pancakes...Delicious!! My mom can't make the same as Perk's.
